It was a great service experience from start to finish. My garage door needed repair after hitting an object. I was able to get in touch with someone on a Sunday afternoon. The scheduler quickly pulled up my information and booked an appointment for 12 to 2 the next day. The tech came out right on time. He was very polite and helpful, and he identified the problem immediately. He explained that it would be a quick fix - and it was. Done in 20 minutes! He further explained nuances of the door opener motor and verified mine was in decent shape and what to look for in terms of its future expectancy. The price was very reasonable for getting such fast and quality work. Thank you Precision!

We have used Precision Door twice. This last time was for a Garage Door Repair (door sensor quit working) and the first time was a Broken Garage Door Spring Repair. Riley was considerate and knowledgeable. He explained that our door control was probably too old to reconfigure but it was up to us. He told us how much to repair and how much to replace. I was for replace but left it up to my wife, the cheapest home repair person I know, but she listened to Riley and went with my choice. Riley went to work and we now have a new, quieter garage door opener. You may expect us to call when opener NO. 2 dies. We would always ask for Riley when service is needed.
