I saw an ad on TV and knew I needed a service for a repair. Called them, happily was greeted by a lovely person, got the date & time that I wanted a service attendant for the repair. On day of service, was called 30 mins in advance of appt time to say they would be there at the time I needed. Service person showed up, evaluated the door, provided an estimate, made the repair, hauled off the damage items, and was paid and gone within 20-30 mins. He was educational, friendly and very good at the repair. Very Happy Customer!!!

Precision door service has done work for us in the past and we called this time to replace a broken door spring. The call was placed late morning and the technician arrived early afternoon. Our technician, Mitchell Dehler, was absolutely amazing ! He showed us up front what he was going to do and what to expect with our two new garage door openers.
