I’ve used this company before and they always do a great job! Kameron was able to diagnose and repair the garage door issue and suggested a couple of things that would help make my motor and door last a little longer! It sounds and works like a new door now!!!

Precision Garage Doors made replacing our three garage doors an easy and affordable process. Their entire team was extremely professional, and the install was seamless and beautifully completed during the timeframe they quoted. Chad Martin came out to inspect my broken garage door. He was so professional and friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He didn't try to sell me on any additional parts that didn't need replacement just yet. 5 star experience. I will definitely request him next time I need garage door service.

I wish that I could remember the young man's name, but I can't. I will say that he was on time, and very courteous. (My dog liked him so that's a plus) he inspected the entire door system, told me what i needed to keep an eye out for and then replaced both springs on my garage door in about half the time he said it would take. I am very happy with the whole experience from the phone call to the van leaving my driveway it couldn't have been better. PS. I hope you can figure out who he was, he deserves a raise.

Called and got someone over in less than 30 min. He didn’t try and charge me for everything and anything. He was very nice, respectful , worked fast and got the job done and the garage door working again! Thank you :)

I called Precision at 10:30am this morning as my garage door opener, which was only 2 years old was not working. Dalton and Josh arrived at 12:30pm on the same day and were extremely helpful in reviewing the issues with my opener and providing several solutions with the pricing. They were very informative, and I did not feel they were pushing for a bigger sale. I ended up buying a new system and they provided me a discount for the part they were not able to replace in the old system to go against the purchase of a new one. They replaced worn parts on my garage door and with the new system, my door is virtually quiet when it opens and closes. They were both very pleasant and helpful during the installation and I felt very confident in the work that they were doing. They provided excellent customer service.

The technician (Chad) was great. The associate in the office was not good. In spite of me spelling my street name (Carrara Court) 4 times, she sent the technician out with the address as Parrao Court.

We called Precision about 8:20 and after explaining our problem, they told us someone would be at our house between 10 and 2. Noah was here by 10:15. After inspecting our garage door he explained what needed to be done, did it and then gave us an estimate of services that would help keep the garage door functioning for a long time. We approved the recommendations and Noah completed the work. Noah was very conscientious of his work and explained everything he had done to us. He was very polite and professional. We appreciated the quick service Precision and Noah gave us!!

Tom Swanson
