You had given me a new remote on a service call in August. Today the new remote wouldn’t work so I called your office. The nice young man was very prompt and very efficient. I appreciated the work he did and the fact that I was not charged since it was your faulty battery. I understand. I actually have a years warranty on both the remote and all the new garage door opener That is posted outside the garage door. I would very much like to have a copy of that in writing. I had a tech come out to my house today to give me a quote on replacing the balance springs. He did give me a quote back at $2,400 dollars, yes that is correct, $2,400 dollars. So being a shop around guy, I reached out to two smaller mom and pop shops and got quotes back at 450-800 dollars. So luckily by shopping around saved me thousands. Thanks for never your company ever again!

Great, on time even called to give me an arrival time update and could arrive a few minutes early which almost never happens. Assessed problem with the door and explained it to me. Fixed and out in less than an hour. Super nice guy. This was the least stressful repair of a month long of repairs and trades in my rental unit that was destroyed by the last tenant.

My garage door was opening on it's own during the day. Charlie came out, checked out the opener system, and decided to reprogram all of the remotes with a new code. We have not had any problems since then. Thank you Charlie!

Cameron was my technician that came out. I was having so many problems with my mom’s garage key fob. I had Overhead door garage company come 3 times and still was having problems. Cameron was great he replaced the motor and explained why we were having so many Problems. Cameron replaced the motor and the key Fob and was such a nice gentleman. He over exceeded our expectations. The technician, Rey, called when he was on his way, and arrived in a timely manner. He was polite, professional, and explained everything in terms that were simple for my wife and I to understand. He worked with us to come up with a repair solution that got the job done inside of our budget, and the repair was completed in about an hour. This was my first time using Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville, but I will readily recommend them to anyone who asks, and they will be my first call (or click) next time I have a garage door issue!
