I was very happy with the actual installation of the new door. The technician was professional and even set up the limit switches and codes on the garage door opener that I had trouble setting that was not part of the install. I decided to go with Precision door after talking to the owner and he educated me in the difference between a cheaper door and his product which comes with a life time warranty on all moving parts, unlike some competitors. The only negative was the misunderstanding on actual arrival time at the house. Not much of a negative in the over all experience.

Found Precision on Angie's List. Top rated. The repairman, Travis was knowledgeable and friendly. He took a look at the entire system, and provided some recommendations. We opted to upgrade our old rollers to the quiet nylon type, and decided to replace other wear items. Once we committed on the repairs, he was done in a flash! Lifetime guarantee and friendly service. I will do business with Precision again when needed.

I made my selection after visiting the shop and talking with the manager. Staff reviewed all the alternatives with me on site and I elected to replace the entire door with an upgrade design. The installation went smoothly and was professionally accomplished. During the installation, I chose to have two sensors replaced and upgraded and a beefed up door to lift bracket installed.

He did an excellent job. I am very pleased.

Could not be happier with the results. I called a couple of different repair companies in town, including the one that originally installed the garage door, but all I got were answering services saying they were closed on the weekends. When I called Precision, I actually talked to a girl in the office that helped me schedule an appointment. Since it was about 1:30pm on Saturday, I was not expecting service for a couple of days but was happy to hear that a tech would be at my house between 2-4pm same day. The tech Frank showed up, took a look and confirmed what I was afraid of, I needed to replace my tension springs and needed a new opener. He had all materials on his truck and swapped out everything in less than 2 hours. My garage works better than ever and is amazingly quiet. I will definitively recommend Precision to everyone. Professional, quick and competitively priced...thank you tech Frank and Precision.

Had a garage door opener replace on another home that I owned in November, 2012 and was completely satisfied with the young man who did the work. Today I had some extensive work done on the mechanics of the garage door on my new home by Travis. Once again I am completely satisfied with the job done and the professional and polite manner of the technician. I will definitely recommend Precision in. the future

We had a very good experience with your company technician. Specifically our spring broke trapping our cars in the garage. We discovered this problem at approximately 6:30 pm. I had to be in St. Augustine early the next morning. Frank was able to get to my house by 8:30 pm and replaced the spring, drum, and rollers by 10 pm. He was courteous, informative, and professional. He did not charge me extra for making a service call after routine working hours. Very grateful! PS...I already have your garage door opener.

I was pleased with the same day service, this was unexpected but much appreciated. I was apprehensive because I was unsure of how bad the damage was and what type of quote I was looking at. Sean, the technician, arrived when he said he would and professionally walked me through his analysis of the damage and estimate for repairs. Precision is up to date with current technology making paperwork painless and eco-friendly. The work was done steadily and professionally. I called Precision at 2 pm in the afternoon on a Sunday and Sean had the door fixed with a complete repair by approximately 7pm.

Sean came out to fix a broken spring on my garage door and subsequently additional parts on the door that were worn down and/or damaged by the spring breaking. He was very professional, explained in detail all that he was doing, and did a great job. Very pleased with the service that was given today.
