Chris arrived on time after I asked him for a 30 minute delay with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. Garage door fixed in no time and tune-up done free of charge without asking. A tune-up normally is $45. I found Precision in the Mint Magazine and called for an estimate that I would have to get done later. I was pleasantly surprised by the bargain price and great job. What a wonderful surprise to find that I didn't have to wait for any ordering of parts to fix my squeaky door...and it took less than an hour! Is great to finally have a garage door that opens without fear of it falling off the track! Travis was most helpful in showing me the problem with pics taken on phone so I wouldn't have to climb up and look at it:) 100% satisfied with results and with the warranty!

My garage door broke late in the afternoon on a Saturday. I did some research and began to call several garage door companies which included some major names. I either did not get an answer or was told I would be contacted later. I came upon Precision while again searching the web. I called not expecting an answer and someone answered. After explaining my problem, I was told that someone would come to my home in the morning (Sunday) to check on my problem. I checked the Better business Bureau and the reviews about the company which were A+. Tim arrived on time. He looked at my door and we discussed options. He was knowledgable and courteous. He did not try to pressure me into anything. He I discussed the best option which was to replace my door and motor. He told me that they could have someone out on Tuesday to replace the door. I asked him if it would be possible to have it done the next day (Monday) because I was off from work but would have to go back on Tuesday. He made a call and set it up for Monday. Monday morning on time, Frank Cassidy arrived in uniform and driving a company truck with the company logo. After introductions and letting me know what the game plan was, he began to go to work. From time to time, I would stick my head out and ask a question. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction spending time to make sure I was satisfied. In no time, he was finished. The old door,tracks and mess were gone. I went into the garage where Frank took time to explain the operation of the door, interior opener and remotes. He also assisted me in setting the code for the exterior opener. He had me open and close the door to make sure I was comfortable, which I was. I thought this would be a big deal which it was, but the guys at Precision made the experience seen effortless. I will have no problem recommending Precision to anyone. Thanks to all involved.

Jeremy, Was outstanding, Very knowledgable and explained the install from beginning to end. He also explained the use of a bracket that was in the garage when the house was purchased but never knew what its purpose was. He informed us about the garage door motor as well. Technician on original service call was very friendly, professional and explained in detail what our garage door problem was. Turned out we needed a new door installed; he called to check on availability and confirmed the new door was in stock and would be delivered and installed in 3 days. We also decided to replace the existing opener for better results, and a long life to both. WE LOVE OUR NEW DOOR! Can barely hear it open/close. Am sure our neighbors appreciate it as well! I would highly recommend your company to everyone who needs a new door, or just servicing!!!

I had my garage door refurbished in December 2012 and was very happy with the work done. It is now July the door 2013 and the door wouldn't close properly. Travis Ford made a service call and found that the eye sensors were not in alignment. He made a quick adjustment and presto the garage door was working again. I am very pleased. Thank You so much.

Tim came out and did a great job.He ended up replacing the spring/drum/cable rollers and in about a 1/10th of the time I could have done it and he did it right. He spent a fair amount of time educating me and showing me the various options for repair. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Thanks for the great job. I'll also be posting a review on angie's list where I found the coupon for inspection and roller upgrade . Tim is a nice guy and great at his job.

Frank was very knowledgeable and professional. Although I had thought I only needed new hinges and bolts, Frank explained that by replacing my springs I would prolong the life of my garage door opener. My door had been very heavy and hard to open manually. I did not know that by replacing springs I would be able to open the door with ease. Thanks Frank!!

My technician was Tim. He was polite, profession and punctual. He explained everything to me about what needed to be done to replace my garage door opener and the springs on my door. The work was done today and was done well. While I feel that the prices are a little high, it was done promptly and well. $1100 seems high for this work, but it was done well and I am satisfied with the quality and professionalism. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is for the cost.

Good morning and thank you to frank. I am someone who strives to have great communication, loves teaching and talking passionately about my trait (known as customer service). When I find someone with those same qualities it is very refreshing. That was the experience I had with Frank this morning. 1 - he was 15 min early...how many service companies to do that...ever? I am such a chatty Cathy and frank was more than willing to talk about what he was doing and why he did it. Showed me some "experience" shortcuts to make the job easier. He talked about the risks and how to get longer and better performance. I asked of his past experience and he spoke of his travels around the US and how Precision is really making a name for itself. I do not know what brain washing is going on over there at Precision but keep up the great work. In Summary Frank was polite, professional and was more than willing to share his experience with me. A great technician!! I will continue to do business with Precision and recommend to anyone I speak with because of a single professional employee. All business starts from the ground up and hand shake...never forget that.

I was very happy with the actual installation of the new door. The technician was professional and even set up the limit switches and codes on the garage door opener that I had trouble setting that was not part of the install. I decided to go with Precision door after talking to the owner and he educated me in the difference between a cheaper door and his product which comes with a life time warranty on all moving parts, unlike some competitors. The only negative was the misunderstanding on actual arrival time at the house. Not much of a negative in the over all experience.

Found Precision on Angie's List. Top rated. The repairman, Travis was knowledgeable and friendly. He took a look at the entire system, and provided some recommendations. We opted to upgrade our old rollers to the quiet nylon type, and decided to replace other wear items. Once we committed on the repairs, he was done in a flash! Lifetime guarantee and friendly service. I will do business with Precision again when needed.
