Mark came to assess and quote me on a new garage door, and made a stressful situation much less so. He was patient, listened to my concerns/usage/financial limitations, and clearly explained what would best meet my needs with considering my funds. He set very clear expectations on timing for the door I ended up wanting, and it was installed at the shorter of the quoted time frame range. I needed to reach out after install and was helped immediately. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and would recommend him.

I had a Preision garage door installed in 2013 and had my first sercvice call today. The wall mount remote was failing...probably due to me pushing the button too hard. I believe me service man was named Hadden, I beliefe, was outstanding, friendly, polite, competent and thorough. He gets 10 stars from me.

We were having trouble with the keypad for our garage door. Our Technician, Connor Brooks quickly analyzed the problem and recommended that we replace the key pad. He first had tried to replace the 9 volt battery with no success. I was very impressed with Connor's knowledge of the garage door system He is a very personable and a professional young man. I was highly pleased with my service from Precession Door and would recommend them to my friends.

Today, I had a broken spring on a single garage door. I had a good expereince with your company previously, and chose you again. But the same spring replacement now cost twice of what it did a couple of years ago. After adding the price of replacing end bearing plates, center plate, 8 foot drum, and rollers, the total cost was over $1100! Your response was quick. The technician was very nice, courteous and professional, but I did not like the price. Maybe partly due to the recent tarrifs. Please be more competitive. Thank you.

Once again, Precision does a superior job! Michael was on time, called in advanced, professional, and knowledgeable! I have my dependable new key pad, which is the reason I called. However, Michael noticed how loud my garage door was opening and closing. IT IS NOT LOUD ANY MORE thanks to Michael. I am so appreciative for Michael and all the staff at Precision! Chad did an excellent job of my new garage door installation and repairs of my garage door springs. He made sure that all my concerns and questions were answered prior to him leaving, He took his time with the installation and I never felt he was in a rush to finish the job.
