The garage door spring broke early in the afternoon and I immediately called Precision to make an appointment. they have serviced the garage door for the past 10 years.It was quite urgent that the door become operable since my 90+ year old Mother lives with us and it's important to have immediate access to outside facilities. I was offered an appointment a few hours later and the technician, Harold, arrived early and resolved the issue. What a relief!

I. myself works five days a week and the weekend is the only time I can do housework, THANK YOU so much for being able to come out on a Saturday and install the garage door. Not only was this covenient for me the repairman was absolutely fast and efficient, I will be calling your company to install the opener.

Finally a company that knows how to treat customers! I give Precision 5 stars for doing everything right. I like the email appointment confirmation. I was given a two hour window for service. The technician called to confirm and came right at the estimated time. Best of all, I paid the estimated cost I had calculated...no extra fees or costs. They told me what repairs I may need in the future so I can be prepared. And the receipt came immediately to my email. Thank you for WONDERFUL service...and my garage door has never sounded so quiet!

WOW! What a paradox! Even a "treat" to spend $$? We so enjoyed the friendliness of your technician - the kind of person you would invite into your home as a guest. Harold Williams was prompt, was clear in his evaluation of our garage door problem and offered a few choices to remedy our situation. He was NOT pushy to make an immediate decision, and when we decided to go with a new system, he moved quickly and soon had the job finished. And what a treat! A door opener so quiet (belt driven to replace our chain system) we were amazed! From our original phone call the day before for service to Harold placing all trash remnants into his truck, we were well pleased. This was our first pleasure of dealing with Precision Doors. If it is our last, this is only because of the high quality of materials used. This may not wear out in our lifetime! Kind of like finding a doctor you trust. You desire to stay healthy and not see him/her too often, but when the need arises, you know exactly who to call. Thanks again for your professional service.

We used Precision last July (2013) & Frank was our service tech. Everything went very well. We called Thursday, 2/13/14 night for a rental house garage door issue. By 11:30 Friday morning it was fixed. Well done & thank you.

Awesome service!! Diagnosed my old opener within 30 minutes and had a new opener, sensors and outside keypad installed in an hour. Will come back to precision for all garage door services!

We have had two major services from Precision Door the last few weeks: once for a new garage door opener, followed a week later by a new door. Precision isn't the cheapest alternative, but the flexibility in scheduling as well as quality of product and service was excellent. Service techs for both jobs couldn't have done better.

Harold, the technician who came our to fix out garage, was not only on time but asked to come early and even though I could not make it early he was patient and showed up on our appointment time. Harold was very efficient and explained everything very clearly. I very grateful that Precision Garage made fixing our garage sensors such an easy process. There was no hassle and they could Come out the day after I called. It is unusual to find a company who makes the house calls so uncomplicated and easy. Service tech Harold did a very thorough job tuning up my garage door and replacing the rollers and the rubber strip at the bottom of the door. He also found a missing lag screw that supported the garage door opener. I was very pleased with the service. My only negative is that it took about 20 minutes to complete the computer entries prior to beginning the service.
