I was given a two hour window, my technician arrived closer to the first hour which made me happy, he was polite and seemed very knowledgeable, he changed out my noisy rollers cleaned up after himself,took my payment and immediately emailed my receipt which included a suggestion of parts that will need to be replaced in the future, he was in and out and there was NO pressure. I'd recommend Precission Door Service.

Our technician Michel was so nice and polite to me. He got out of the truck and introduced himself and told me he would do all he could to remedy our situation with the garage door. He took his time and checked out everything. He explained what as wrong and fixed. I especially appreciated how he showed me the proper way to use the silicone spray for the door. The technician, Tim Van Vuren, arrived promptly and was very courteous. He quickly assessed what the problem was with my garage door opener and gave me options to solve the problem. Service was great. Called First thing in the morning. They came out the same day within a couple of hrs. Sean Smith came within the given time, looked at the repair needed, gave me an estimated time and cost. told him to go ahead with the work. He had to go back to the shop and get some parts that he needed, but got back when he said he would. Within the hour he was done with the repair and everything is running smoothly. Great job. Would recommend.
