5 stars! Called Precision since another company could not find the time to return a message asking to call back for an appointment. Glad I switched. Kody did a great job and the door is working as if just installed. 5 for Kody and 5 to Precision! If needed again the Precision company sticker on the door will get my call always! Regards, Kurt J Meyer

He even hauled away my old equipment that had been sitting in my garage for months free of charge. Precision door honored a 5 year guarantee that had expired by a few months. They literally rebuilt my garage door with new parts including springs, rollers, cables, and more - a repair that would have cost me almost $600. Instead I was charged the small price of a service call. The technician worked fast. I couldn't have asked for a better deal in a time of financial need.

I totally recommend precision. My issue occurred at 6PM Friday and they came at 0800 on Saturday. Ryan the tech made the repair and then checked every moving part and made adjustments where needed. PRecision installed my new opener 2 years ago and I have been thoroughly pleased. The pricing is excellent also.
