Scheduling a service repair was so easy. Within minutes a service rep called to say that he was on the way. He was very friendly and explainEd what needed to be done and let me watch. When he was done, he helped program an opener and mounted it on the wall. Highly recommend.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and well spoken technicians. Called to ask if I could accommodate an early arrival, which was perfect for me. I was also interested in replacing my door. I had completed the online specifications on the company website for the door to which I had interest. They had all of the information on the new door specs when they serviced the old door. I had 2 appointments. One for a new door estimate & one for the install. Both guys that came out were awesome! The estimate was on a Sunday. Precision is one of the few companies to come out on a Sunday. They were very polite, very professional & easy to work with. Out-standing!!! Garage door wouldn't open (torsion spring snapped). Looked on Angie's List & called 9:00 pm Wed night. A real person answered! Scheduled service between 10:00 - noon next day. Crew called @ 9:45 to say arriving 30 minutes; and they did! Replaced broken/ worn parts. Tuned up the door & opener, and were done by 11:30.

Simply Outstanding. Ryan is very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. I was most concerned with the noise of the opener, and he recommended the perfect unit per my requests. He even put up with my St Bernard's wanting to help him. I got exactly what I asked for, you can hardly hear the door go up or down. I highly recommend Precision. One more thing Michelle who took my call was also very professional working out a good time for Ryan to come out.
