The damage to our door was way beyond what I had anticipated. A bit shocked at the repair cost although everything needed replacing minus the actual doors. Service was polite, prompt and thorough. System is super quiet. Pleased overall despite the cost.

I was searching Google for a company to fix my garage door issues, when I saw your commercial on Channel 4. The appointment was made a couple of hours later and the technician (Alan Harp) was even early. Although he gave me a lot of bad news, he was patient enough to allow me and my wife to discuss and decide on the proper course of action. When it was time to work, he attacked the job and was finished in no time. He even made sure to do a good clean up when he finished. I can't thank Alan enough for his professionalism and patience, allowing us to gather ourselves as we had a major decision to make in a short period of time

I feel completely confident that he diagnosed and fixed my problem in a forthright manner and worked to give me the best bang for my buck. The scheduling process was quick and flexible because they scheduled my service for the next day and then adjusted the time I set to accommodate my changing schedule. Billy was excellent, he knew what was wrong and able to fix the door and up and running in 40 min. or less. He gave me a thorough evaluation of the door. They called to say they could come out sooner than I thought which was great considering it was a rental and needed to be done that day.
