I have had service on two occasions after upgrading my garage door and equipment with Precision. Both visits were by Billy McCarthy who was outstanding. He represents your company with great skill and class. In both cases he solved my issues and I was extremely pleased. I have been consistently recommending Precision since your original work in December, 2016. Thank you for your fine service

The scheduler was absolutely awesome!! She should conduct customer service classes for other companies. The technician was very timely, thorough and took the time to answer questions and provide valuable information that we didn't know. My husband and I are very pleased with our experience and will recommend this company to all of our friends and colleagues.

I had a new garage door and opener installed. All technicians were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Jose did the first visit, looked at the situation, and considered several options for me. He did not try to "up-sell" me and explained options well and completely answered my questions. Jeremiah and his colleague (can't recall his name) were personable and efficient in the installation phase. They explained functions and answered my questions. Jeremiah even synced my car to the new garage door opener. I highly recommend this company, whether for service and new installation. My garage door action is much quieter now!

Start with the lady who took my call. She was excellent. She made sure I had same day service due to broken spring, so my door could not even be raised manually. Then technician Nick raced to my home from across town to get here before I had to leave for a school pickup. He replaced the spring quickly and it was covered under my lifetime warranty. It now works perfectly. Thanks for great service.

Excellent service technician. Garage has never moved as smooth. Will definitely recommend company to others. If I could have got the door serviced on the weekend instead of waiting, a 5 star rating could have earned.

Precision scheduled me the same day I called and gave me the name of the technician (Tim). Tim called earlier and informed me he had a customer who had rescheduled, and he would be here in 20 minutes. Tim assessed the problem and damage and gave me an estimate based on what needed to be done to fix the damage and what I wanted to be done. Long story short, he finished the work in the time he said it would take, and on the estimate he gave me. I'm very satisfied with the quality of workmanship, and material used. I highly recommend Precision for whatever your garage door needs are.
