Really appreciated the incredibly prompt visit and fast repair of my garage door! Sean was incredibly informative and helpful. I have to say that I'm thoroughly impressed with Precision Door Service. We heard a loud bang in the garage, and came out to find that we couldn't open the door. I literally had no idea what had happened to it. I found your company on an internet search, and, after reading over a dozen reviews, decided to give you a call. From the very first conversation I had when describing my problem to the quickness of your response to be able to come out was exemplary. The technician (Sean Smith) called to let me know when he would be here, and without fail, he was right on time. Sean was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the whole service call. He explained all the options quite well, even going into detail about the quality of your products. The price was reasonable and actually cheaper than I thought it would be. I will definitely be recommending your company and services to my neighbors and friends. In my honest opinion, we need more companies like Precision Door Service in the world for this kind of service used to be the norm, but sadly most businesses are more concerned about their bottom line, and not the customer. Again, thank you for such a humbling and expedited experience. This kind of service truly gives me faith that we still have people in this world that care about their customers!

When my garage door quit working I went to the internet to find a company to work on it. I was impressed with the many outstanding reviews Precision had. Sean was my technician and he arrived in the specified time asking me what the symptoms were. He took the opener apart and found the problem, explaining to me, and showing me the indications of what caused my problem. He was able to put the opener back together and caused the door to be functional. It would have been very easy for him to "sell" me a new opener. The door is fixed and working well now and all I paid for was a service call and 1/2 hour labor. Excellent service and outstanding customer interaction. I very highly recommend using Precision for your garage door needs.

Service was great. Called First thing in the morning. They came out the same day within a couple of hrs. Sean Smith came within the given time, looked at the repair needed, gave me an estimated time and cost. told him to go ahead with the work. He had to go back to the shop and get some parts that he needed, but got back when he said he would. Within the hour he was done with the repair and everything is running smoothly. Great job. Would recommend.

First off, I can only put one thing purchased, so I listed the springs. We had a complete rebuild - springs, rollers, cables etc. I was very pleased from the moment I called. A reasonable service charge and no up-charge for a weekend (like I have seen with other services). The tech called to tell me he was five minutes out (pretty much on time) and started with a 25 point inspection, explaining everything to me as he went. When he was completed the inspection, he broke out the prices and showed me the price book. He also explained the difference between the standard springs & cables versus the upper grade springs with the rebuild package. Since we don't plan on moving anytime soon, we chose the rebuild package. It's nice to know that any repairs after a year will only be a service charge. He was fast, courteous and personable. I would recommend him to anyone needing garage work done.
