Although, they do not work on my type of garage door opener, chain driven, they provided a thorough understanding of the issue and provided a possible solution via another vendor that might. They also pointed out the imbalance of my door and weight factor. I had them adjust the spring to obtain the balance with a noticeable difference. They also provided an estimate for a full replacement which they service.

Chad came to home to fix my problem with my garage door! 1. He was on time (in the timeframe told)! 2. He introduced himself and shook my hand! 3. Was very very polite. 4. Solved my problem and fixed the door! 5. Explain to me how to continue care for the door in areas that I didn't know where to spray the lubricant for a smooth closing of the door! 6. What I like the best.. is that when I called, I thought because of the New Year I wouldn't get seen until next week...he came that day!! I am grateful...THANK YOU CHAD!!!

Broken 32 year old garage door. Called Precision Garge Door about 3:45 pm Friday afternoon. Dalton arrived at our house at 4:15 pm. We purchased a new garage door. Dalton was knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, funny, and just a nice guy. I called on Monday to make a change because I changed my mind. I spoke to Michele, she was so helpful and understanding. Got my issue taken care of for install on Wed am. Chance and Kyle arrived on time. They did a fantastic job. They answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Contacted Precision Door Service via chat on a Friday evening, and my garage door was repaired by 12:30 p.m. the next day (on Labor Day weekend!). The technician, HAYDEN, called to okay an early arrival for my appointment. I was happy he was able to come out early. Once he arrived, he immediately described what needed to be repaired and provided me with a quote. Hayden immediately went to work and changed my garage door springs, rollers, and tuned the entire system to work like it did when it was new. And, during his inspection, he noted a small crack on a hinge that did not require immediate action, but advised me to keep an eye on. Hayden is a garage door EXPERT. This company, and this technician, are the definition of SERVICE. Strongly recommended.

I made an appointment, and the process was easy and friendly. The technicians, Dalton and Bryan, immediately called me and verified and repaired my garage door. They checked each part and explained the parts' functions and conditions and why they needed to be replaced. They performed excellent work and left my garage with no mess. I highly recommend it!
