technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing as he went along. He fixed the issue I was having with my garage door. Because the unit is old, I inquired about replacing it and he took the time to discuss the different options. I will definitely call Precision for any future purchase or repair.

Had a couple issues with my door not opening and closing sometimes. Austin the technician was awesome he was so thorough about explaining everything he was going to do to to get the issue fixed and he did just that. We have not had anymore issues. Thank you so much Austin!

On a scale of 1-5 Austin Mattes was a 5! He is very professional, courteous, on time, with a very friendly attitude. He presented the information on the garage doors in a very understandable way.
