I had AJ from Precision come to my house this evening to fix my garage door. When I damaged it yesterday, I could only imagine what it would take to fix it if they even could. To my surprise, it wasn't as bad as I thought. AJ was very professional and explained to me everything that needed to be done. He said it would only take about an hour and he was right on time, actually a little head of schedule. 5 star review since that is the highest it goes. I highly recommend AJ and Precision.

I feel completely confident that he diagnosed and fixed my problem in a forthright manner and worked to give me the best bang for my buck. The scheduling process was quick and flexible because they scheduled my service for the next day and then adjusted the time I set to accommodate my changing schedule. Whenever there's an issue with my garage door again I won't search for any other company.

They had a two hour appointment window and I was expecting a discussion and estimate of the work to be done and to set up an appointment to do the work. They were on time, gave a complete explanation and recommendation of what needed to be done. They went on to complete the requested work, explained what they had done and how to operate the system all in about 2-1/2 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
