Outstanding Customer Service! I called regarding a broken spring at 8 AM and Hayden arrived a few minutes after 9 AM. Hayden diagnosed the problem and expeditiously repaired the door. After checking numerous reviews on different sites I decided to call Precision. As noted in some of the reviews Precision had a technician at my door within hours. I already knew I wanted to replace most of the old system so had researched prices up front. When my technician, Reggie, arrived he inspected my existing set-up to determine what was in good condition and what he thought should be replaced and why. Reggie then presented several different options and associated costs. I was pleased to learn the prices were highly competitive and made the decision to proceed with the installation. Reggie was quick, efficient and delivered a first-rate installation. Following the installation Reggie went over everything with me and made sure I didn’t have any questions before departing. I must say it was refreshing to deal with such a professional technician and company.

5 Stars! Damaged garage door was repaired by Frank Cassidy plus bottom seal replaced. Called Precision after checking the NextDoor site in our area (Nocatee) showing multiple positive reviews. Was given a time frame within 3 hrs. of calling but Frank called offering to come sooner (had finished previous job early). He quoted a price, took coupons, completed repair within an hour, friendly, courteous & efficient. Very satisfied from start to finish & would highly recommend company needing service.
