The serviceman that came to service my garage door opener was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He looked over my garage door opener and stated that it needed to be replaced because it was over 20 years old and can't be repaired. So he installed a new one and explained how to use the system, remotes, and the outside keypad.

I was able to get an appointment for the following day. I can’t say enough good things about, Tim, our technician. Our appointment time was between 2-4. He called letting me know he would be a few minutes early. Perfect! He explained the options and had our door fixed within 45 mins. We didn’t have to wait for parts to be ordered.
