This is the second time we have used Precision and were very satisfied once again. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and suggested the repair needed. He had the necessary parts with him, replaced them and explained everything he did. He also took the time to check over the rest of our system and lubricated the spring and wheels. He was a very nice young man who clearly knew his stuff.

I like the fact they have been in business since 1999. The f that performed the repair (Cole) was very knowledgeable. When our garage door was opening, it hit a block of wood that we had leaned up against something & it threw it off track & one of the track supports came loose from the ceiljng. Also our remote door opener did not work unless you were 2 feet in front of the garage door, Cole fixed that as well. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone with a problem with their garage door.

I called Precision requesting a repair to my garage door opener....Kole was the tech that arrived at my home. He explained throughly the repairs that needed to be completed. I decided to upgrade my opener to a belt drive unit....he also replaced all the rollers...springs... cables...electric keypad outside and inside.. The garage is now operating flawlessly and is ultra quiet!! Very professional job!

I chose this company for garage door service due to door not going all the way up or down. My neighbor recommended them as they had trouble last year. This neighbor is very studious in researching businesses so I trusted her decision and the service they received. The service representative was so attenative, reviewed all parts of the door and made sure all was working properly. Fast, friendly, and excellent service provided! Kole was professional, knowledgeable, and explained all repairs needed. He even did a thorough assessment of the garage door too! My service was scheduled between 12 and 2, but Kole called just before noon to inform me that he would be arriving at approximately 12:15. I will only call Precision for any garage door needs!
