Wife accidentally backed up on door, door jammed, trapped car inside on a very unusually cold winter week in North Florida. Called in for work order, Precision tried to send someone the soonest which was the next day. This is our first time to be serviced by Precision and we believe we are going to stay with these guys for future needs. Great job, great service, fair price. Professional He called in advance of his arrival, identified himself, immediately began to identify the cause. Considerate if my home, my time, my pets and my budget. Precise with his analyses of the issue with my door and willingly explained the cause and the solutions available. Provided me with options and costs. I called Precision Door and made an appointment for the following day. Billy called a half hour before arriving. Arrived on time. Replaced the springs and entire garage door opener assembly in two hours. Billy did such a great job I bought him lunch. Great job Percision! and great job Billy!

Fast response time, tech was very knowledgeable about the parts and problem and was able to fix it. He also inspected the door and noticed that a couple of the rollers were worn to a point of not working and we had him replace them while he was here. This is the second time I have used Precision and they continue to be my go to garage door repair people.

We had a garage door opener installed last December and it stopped working. Billy came out recently and had to play detective. It took him a good while, but he finally found the problem. 1st of all I liked that you don't charge extra for Saturday service calls. Billy McCarthy was our tech very nice man came on Saturday saw right away what problem was but he didn't have parts on his truck to do repair he said he could go back to the shop and get what he needed I thought that was great for him to offer but it was late in the day and I didn't need the garage over the weekend. He came back Monday morning had everything replaced in about an hour. I would recommend you folks to friends of mine you definitely get 5 stars for your service. Oh I chose your company because you were listed first when I googled garage door companies plus very good reviews and coming on the weekend for no extra charge.
