Called Precision because my oversize but underpowered garage door was squealing like a pig and laboring just to open. Mr Chad the tech diagnosed the problem, secured the parts, and had it purring like a kitten in just a few hours. These guys get er done.

Yesterday, I came home, shut my garage door, walked away, and heard a crashing sound. Came back out to see I know had 3 springs instead of 2. To top it off, I couldn't figure out how to open my door even after releasing the safety catch (though it was a great excuse to miss work this morning). I called a few places but Precision said they could have someone out in the morning between 10-12 so I went with them, at least to get a quote and worst case get my door open so I could get my car. They did give me a range over the phone but said the cost of the spring really depends on the door. Easy. I got a call this morning from Chad at 9, asking if he could come early. He showed up about 20 min later, gave me a quick estimate around $200 per (expected since my door is a double) and gave me a run down of their packages. He was to the point, and answered all my questions regarding what the packages covered and how much individual repair items would be. I always appreciate when they don't try to salesman sell the packages and Chad did not at all. He pointed out potential risk points on my door and gave me his take. Ultimately I decided to just replace the springs alone, but if I had to call a company back out for a future repair, I'd call Precision and ask for Chad. He made quick work of the springs (less than 45 minutes), made sure to explain why they looked different but still covered the same weight range, and took the time to readjust my door so the positioning was correct. Overall, a pleasant experience working with Precision.

Chad was early. He very quickly took care of my opener problem and did a courtesy check of how hardware was operating. He made an adjustment that improved functionale. He worked quickly, was neat and friendly. A good representative!

My expectations were significantly exceeded by Chad the repair gentlemen. He called in advance, was on time (early) assessed the issue and corrected the problem within 15 minutes. He did some additional PM work on the door. Once completed he reviewed all the work and repairs and answered my questions. This is the fourth time we have used Precision and the service and quality is always excellent.

Chad came to home to fix my problem with my garage door! 1. He was on time (in the timeframe told)! 2. He introduced himself and shook my hand! 3. Was very very polite. 4. Solved my problem and fixed the door! 5. Explain to me how to continue care for the door in areas that I didn't know where to spray the lubricant for a smooth closing of the door! 6.
