Be proud that this gentleman represents your company with Dignity, Integrity, Confidence and most importantly Pride in his ability to service his clients on a top tier level of professionalism. He explained what needed to be done, what each change or upgrade needed to be made and what may or may not happen if those changes occurred. I was going through my money magazine and was trying to decide who I was going to service my garage door I called one company didn’t like what they said that didn’t sound promising so I called precision and you guys was fantastic customer service all the way down to my service tech, Mr. Wesley Texas. He was absolutely great. He arrived on time and did an excellent job, he informed me of things that no one ever explained and enlightened me before I thank you for your service and I will call again. I was heading into work on a Friday morning, only to learn that the garage door broke halfway down its track. With the weekend, I was worried that no one would be able to fix the door for several days and that the garage door would be stuck in that position.. I called Precision and a representative answered the phone immediately. A very capable serviceperson arrived at my house within one hour. He fixed the door without replacing the door, and the cost was very reasonable. Great service and great performance. I strongly recommend Precision Door. J.Riley

Our garage door spring broke Thursday evening. I immediately called and was able to schedule the repair for 8AM Friday morning. The technician was right on time. He assessed the repair and explained in detail the options. He had everything necessary to do the repair on the truck and was done in about an hour. Walter is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone.

The team was knowledgeable and efficient. They even saved my old unit in case I could resell parts/the unit. I heard a beeping the day after and thought it was a malfunction in the new unit. Turns out, my old unit’s battery was beeping after being disconnected. They came out and checked everything out anyway at no extra charge.

Mitchell Dehler replaced a bracket which became dismounted from our double garage door with a heavy duty one. Yesterday, I came home, shut my garage door, walked away, and heard a crashing sound. Came back out to see I know had 3 springs instead of 2. To top it off, I couldn't figure out how to open my door even after releasing the safety catch (though it was a great excuse to miss work this morning). I called a few places but Precision said they could have someone out in the morning between 10-12 so I went with them, at least to get a quote and worst case get my door open so I could get my car. They did give me a range over the phone but said the cost of the spring really depends on the door. Easy. I got a call this morning from Chad at 9, asking if he could come early. He showed up about 20 min later, gave me a quick estimate around $200 per (expected since my door is a double) and gave me a run down of their packages. He was to the point, and answered all my questions regarding what the packages covered and how much individual repair items would be. I always appreciate when they don't try to salesman sell the packages and Chad did not at all. He pointed out potential risk points on my door and gave me his take. Ultimately I decided to just replace the springs alone, but if I had to call a company back out for a future repair, I'd call Precision and ask for Chad. He made quick work of the springs (less than 45 minutes), made sure to explain why they looked different but still covered the same weight range, and took the time to readjust my door so the positioning was correct. Overall, a pleasant experience working with Precision.

We are very pleased with the services we received - both initially when we had Precision install our garage door and when we needed service. A call to Precision in the early morning was responded to quickly and by noon the same day, everything was taken care of. The two technicians were polite, efficient and knowledgeable.
