I am very happy!! I had my garage door checked by a competitor a few months ago...he found nothing wrong and tried to sell me a high priced can to spray my rollers with. Also charging me for a full service call. He was at my house for less than 10 minutes. Precision within 5 minutes ascertained that it was my screw drive that was causing the noise (not the rollers) and sold me a can of lubricant for a reasonable price. We have used Precision before and will not make the mistake of using anyone else again! Thank you Precision and my ears thank you!!! 5 Stars for you guys!!

Bill was great. Very professional and friendly. It was a late end of day call and he still had the demeanor of it being his first call. He showed me the problem (broken spring) and got to work immediately. I will use your company again but I hope it is a LOOOONG time before I need too!

Three other companies wanted to replace the door. So many expenses in maintaining a house. It is overwhelming. My 6'5" guy was able to bang a little metal, add a little steel and fix the door so well that it actually worked better than it did before. And, looks. From the outside you can't even tell that one of the panels was severely bent. Not even a slight scratch. How did he do that? Miracle worker is he? I chose Prescision based on their Ad indicating that they cared. Jason made that claim a truthful claim. Not BS like the other companies that I contacted. I will recommend Jason and Precision to my neighbors. I received same day service even though it was not an emergency. Bill, the technician was very personable and honest. I thought I needed a new bottom seal on my door but after examining it, Bill said it still was in very good condition. He reshaped it and adjusted it a bit and there are no more leaks. He could have replaced it and charged me even though it was not needed but he show great integrity and saved me that money. He lubed all my door parts and the motor as they were making noises. This is my second experience with Precision and I have been very pleased each time. I will continue to call them for my garage door needs and to recommend them to my friends and neighbors as well. Thanks to Bill for being prompt, courteous, friendly and above all maintaining the integrity of your company.

Bill was my appointed service technician. He was very knowledgeable and polite while serving my garage door. He pointed out what the problem was with my garage motor and went as far as to replace a worn part during this service call visit. Bill is a real asset to this company. So you got my vote to keep Bill around for as long as he wants to work for this company! The cost to repair the motor part and the quality of work received balanced out. Not to mention the one year warranty on the replaced part.

I've used Precision Garage Door Service on three occasions for different needs. Each time they have been prompt, courteous and quick to resolve whatever problem I had. We had been having trouble with our garage door hitting the cement garage floor with a big bang. I called Precision Door that had serviced our door a few years ago and was told they'd send a repair man the same day. The repair man called me and set up a time to service the door that same day. He also called when he was on the way. When he arrived, he checked out the door opener system including the spring. He described what he would do to not only solve the problem, but to keep it from happening in the future. A major part of the repair was replacement of the spring. When he finished with the repair, he opened and closed the door many times to make sure it worked well. He was polite throughout the repair process. I was very happy with the Precision Garage Door service. The door opener works very well and we don't hear it hit the floor loudly. We've used Precision Door Service twice in the last eight years and will certainly call them again.

The technician Bill S. gave me a courtesy call when he was on the way and arrived within the time given. I could tell he was very experienced in his trade and completed the work efficiently and quickly. I have full confidence in his workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend Precision Overhead Door to anyone.
