I would like to say that these guys are the best. Alan was extremely thorough and showed me everything he was talking about. I would also like to say I called to try and get someone to fix my door and I no sooner came into the kitchen after calling and I received a call that the tech was on the way. What a response !! So I bought this house six months ago it was built in 1972 I believe they change the garage door once 30 years ago. I came home for lunch drove in my garage and when I push the button to close the garage half of it fell off the hinges. I called around to A few neighbors and two of them gave me precision number. I called some other numbers as well and no one could come out the same day next week they’ll call me back. Etc. etc. etc. I called precision and the woman said she’ll have a technician out there in 20 to 30 minutes. Alan came in 20 minutes. Very professional easy to talk with explain what needs to be done in lay terms. He gave me a couple of estimates. Gave me time to think it over and call my dad. And we came up with a plan. I also received a military discount. And he took care of it he had everything he needed on the truck. I was very very very impressed. He also told me they usually do same-day services. So that’s where my five star rating comes from.

Saw your ad in the Mint magazine. Glad to see there would not be a service call fee w repair over $98. I knew the work would cost more than that. Had to have new garage door opener installed and lubrication of gears. Pleased with Alan. Good job and experienced. Only took about 40 min. No complaints here. I will request Alan if I need garage door service in the future.

2nd time using your company due to the Excellent service from a prior visit -Allen the service rep did a great job and very personable. He is a (5) for sure as he installed a new garage door opener as discussed before he began,installed the unit then went over instructions, programmed my control/key pads and told/showed me in the booklet how to put app on my phone. No complaints and I’m not a “noisy neighbor “ anymore yeah!!!

From the time I called to the time of the completed repair, lubrication, and bulb installation was 1 hour and for the price quoted to me! Yes.. I was lucky to slide into a previously canceled appointment but nevertheless I would wait a week or more if needed to have Alan come back. Alan was our service advisor and is a true asset to any company! He worked fast and showed my husband and I everything he was doing! We could not be more pleased!

Highly recommend Precision. Alan Harp arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem (crack in one of the door panels, cracked hinges, heavily worn rollers). He provided a breakdown of the repair cost and suggested repairs. He allowed me to select the repairs I wanted done (reinforcement strut, replace cracked hinges and all new rollers) and did not force any additional or unwanted repairs. Very reasonably priced and repair was completed in under an hour. Five Stars.

The local "MONEY" magazine had a nice add that caught my attention AND I needed a garage door.
